Parts cleaning in three methods – clean, safe, efficient
There are three methods available for cleaning parts: manual cleaning with the Mewa Eco-Clean brush washstand, high-pressure cleaning with the Mewa High-Pressure parts cleaner and automatic cleaning with the Mewa Eco-Matic. Each method is tailored to different requirements and delivers clean, reliable results. Manual parts cleaning is carried out in an open basin. A surfactant-based cleaner is applied using a hand-held brush, which removes dirt gently and precisely, making it ideal for sensitive or hard-to-reach components. High-pressure cleaning takes place in a closed chamber. A hand-held high-pressure jet is used to remove dirt with strong pressure, perfect for robust and heavily used workpieces. In automatic cleaning, the parts are sprayed all over with cleaning fluid in a rotating basket. The process ensures consistently clean results with minimal effort.
